The rooms at Grand Heritage Narmada Jacksons were so cozy and comfortable. The 24-hour room service was amazing, and the premium bedding made us feel like we were sleeping on clouds. Plus, having free WiFi in the room was a big plus!

Personally, I didn't like the air conditioning in the room. It was a bit too chilly for my liking, but I understand that others might enjoy it.

I chose this hotel for attending a town hall meeting and was pleased to find that access to the indoor pool and business centre was provided to all guests. The pool was clean and relaxing, and the business centre had all the amenities I needed for my work.

One service that I missed for my work was a high-speed internet connection. The Wi-Fi in the hotel was quite slow and unreliable, making it difficult for me to work efficiently.
